UPS Files DJ against Eclipse IP

UPS filed an action for declaratory judgement against Eclipse IP [NPE] over four patents related to notification and secure messaging systems. Eclipse first filed suit over these patents in May 2011. 6/30, Northern District of Georgia, 1:2011cv02138.
