Grecia Adds New Patents to Ongoing Campaign

Inventor William Grecia’s campaign continues, with two new suits filed at the close of 2014. The suits name Amazon and Sony as defendants and assert a recently issued patent that relates to user verification for digital data using a token (8,887,308). Defendants’ entertainment systems that provide media to authorized users (Amazon’s Prime and Sony’s PS4) are accused of infringing the patent-in-suit.
