FO2GO LLC sued Adobe, AOL, Box, Dropbox, Instagram, LinkedIn, Myspace, Photobucket, Pinterest, Shutterfly, Smugmug, Snapchat, Twitter, Tumblr, and Walgreen as part of the entity’s first litigation campaign. The suits target companies offering smart phone applications with digital photo editing, accusing those products of infringing the patent-in-suit. FO2GO asserts a single patent in each suit, which relates to digital photo processing. (7,173,651).
