Consolidated Work Station Campaign Adds Two New Cases to Slowly Growing Campaign
February 6, 2015
Consolidated Work Station Computing, LLC’s (CWSC’s) campaign has slowly grown over the last few years. The most recent suits name Huawei and Oracle as defendants, asserting CWSC’s sole litigated patent (6,823,475). USPTO records indicate that the patent-in-suit is the only one owned by CWSC. It relates to a computer motherboard with multiple, redundant power supplies, and it was assigned to CWSC by the inventor. At issue in CWSC’s campaign are high efficiency servers made and sold by defendants. Past defendants in the campaign include Acer, Dell, and Hitachi, all of whom have been dismissed from litigation.
