Korean entity Porto Technology Co., LTD continues its litigation campaign as the sole plaintiff, suing Apple, HTC, LGE, Motorola Mobility, and Samsung. The suits assert two patents that are exclusively licensed to Porto by the inventor, both of which relate to navigation and route calculation based on traffic information (6,233,518, 6,532,413). Mobile phones with map apps made or sold by defendants are the accused products in the suits.
