Newly incorporated entity Advanced Touchscreen and Gesture Technologies, LLC filed its first suit (6:15-cv-00128) a month after its creation. Four patents are asserted against Samsung in the case; the patents are generally related to a touchscreen that responds to a finger flick motion (8,717,303; 8,743,076; 8,866,785; 8,878,810). Samsung’s smartphones and tablets, specifically the Galaxy line of products, are accused of infringing the patents-in-suit.
