William Grecia’s litigation campaign continues to expand in 2015 with new litigations, filed against Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable. The suits assert a single patent concerning access to digital media stored in a cloud (8,533,860), a patent that Grecia has asserted in the majority of his suits. Defendants’ media streaming services are at issue in the new suits, and in the rest of the suits in Grecia’s campaign. He began filing litigation at the end of 2013 and has since filed more than a dozen suits.
