Loramax LLC launched its first litigation campaign earlier this month, and this second round of filings includes 25 new suits. Many of the defendants are air travel companies, including American Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue, and Virgin America, but the new round of suits also targets other companies, such as eBay, FedEx, Safeway, Target, and Walgreen.
