A newly launched campaign by Graham Springs LLC names 25 defendants, all of which offer custom printing on a variety of items. The companies sued include Michaels, Shutterfly, Smugmug, Teespring, and Zazzle, and each suit asserts a single patent (5,524,085). The patent-in-suit originated with Xerox and was assigned to Graham Springs in March 2015. It relates to processing a multimedia printing job, and defendants’ printing services are accused of infringement.
