Cisco is the third company sued this year by Consolidated Work Station Computing, LLC (CWSC), an entity associated with IP Nav. The entity began its sole litigation campaign in 2010, but it has ramped up litigation in 2015, doubling the size of its campaign from three suits to six. The new suit asserts the same patent used in CWSC’s previous litigation, which concerns a computer motherboard with multiple redundant power supplies (6,823,475). Cisco’s servers are the accused products.
