Missouri entity Masa LLC filed suit against Apple, asserting a single patent that relates to a vibrating wearable device (8,519,834). The USPTO has no assignment history for the patent, but court documents indicate that Masa is its owner by assignment. At issue in the suits are Apple’s smartwatch products.
