Korean entity Game and Technology Co. Ltd. filed suit against Blizzard, Riot Games, Valve, and Wargamingnet, asserting three patents. The suits are the entity’s first and the patents-in-suit relate to video game character creation and display (7,682,243, 8,035,649, 8,253,743). Games made by the defendants that allow uses to design their own avatar are accused of infringement.
