Newly formed Minero Digital, LLC filed a single suit against 26 companies, including Amazon, Anker, Belkin, Best Buy, Fry’s, Newegg (Rosewill) Office Depot, Staples, and Wal-Mart (2:15-cv-01537). The complaint focuses on USB hubs and extenders made, imported, distributed, and/or sold by the defendants. Minero alleges that the products infringe a patent concerning low-power digital serial bus technology (5,675,811).
