Realtime Data LLC (RTD) filed another case in its long-running litigation campaign, this one asserting three patents (7,181,608; 8,090,936; 8,880,862) against Apple (6:15-cv-00885). The three patents generally relate to accelerated loading of operating systems and applications upon system boot or application launch, and RTD has accused Apple products running iOS and OS X of infringement.
