New NPE Visual Content IP, LLC has filed a second suit in its image capture campaign, asserting five patents (8,189,965; 8,384,947; 8,570,588; 8,693,047; 8,786,897) against LG Electronics (LGE) (2:15-cv-01839). The patents-in-suit generally relate to image capture units and image processing scanner systems, and the accused LGE products are certain “all-in-one scanner and mouse” devices and mobile devices. This suit is Visual Content’s second filed this month in its sole litigation campaign, following an initial lawsuit against Image Recognition Integrated Systems (2:15-cv-01765).
