Electronic Arts (2:15-cv-02053) and Zynga (2:15-cv-02054) have been added to the litigation campaign that Virtual Gaming Technologies LLC just kicked off in November. All of the suits in the campaign assert two patents (5,860,862; 6,193,610) generally related to real time interaction with contest systems over the Internet against the defendants’ web-accessible gaming platforms. Prior defendants include ESPN, FanDuel, Fox Sports, NFL, and Yahoo.
