Trover Group Inc. has filed another 16 cases in its long-running video security systems campaign. The new defendants include D-Link (2:15-cv-02080), Video Security Specialists (2:15-cv-02081), and VIVOTEK (2:15-cv-02091). Each complaint asserts one or both of two patents (5,751,345; 5,751,346) generally related to video monitoring systems. The ‘345 patent focuses on systems that store and retrieve images and related transaction data, while the ‘346 patent concerns systems that store images based on changes in pixilation between images.
