Thrasos, LLC has filed a third case in the campaign that it began in June 2014. The suit asserts the same two related patents (7,644,037; 8,032,457), generally related to the electronic transfer of funds over the Internet, this time against PayPal (2:16-cv-00004). As in prior suits, the complaint targets bill pay/checkout services of infringement.
