Alto Ventures [NPE] filed suit against Convergys and five others over a patent related to a virtual call center. This is the first suit filed by Alto Ventures and its co-founder, Wendell D. Brown, is the named inventor of the patent in suit. 6/27, District of Nevada, 2:2011cv01056.
