ZKey Investments, LLC has sued Facebook (2:16-cv-00782) over a single patent (6,820,204) generally related to controlling the online sharing of personal data. It is the first time the ‘204 patent has been asserted in litigation. ZKey Investments accuses Facebook of infringement through provision of its entire suite of online networking services.
