Revenue Realization [NPE] filed suit against H&R Block over a patent related to aggregating electronic tax information.  Revenue Realization also sued H&R Block in January, 2011 over the same patent.  The patent has a 1998 priority date and was awarded to an individual inventor who assigned the patent Revenue Realization in 2009.  6/27, Western District of Missouri, 4:2011cv00638.
