BlueCat Networks DJ’d over Networking Patents Acquired from Intellectual Ventures

Infoblox filed a complaint for declaratory judgment against BlueCat Networks over two patents related to network infrastructure. On June 28th, 2011, Intellectual Ventures announced that it had sold patents to BlueCat Networks. 6/27, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00567. Infoblox filed suit against BlueCat for alleged infringement of four patents in December 2010.
