RFJ Licensing’s Two-Way Radio Campaign Appears to Be a Family Affair

New NPE RFJ Licensing, LLC has filed a new lawsuit for the third month in a row. The most recent case, against Ritron (3:16-cv-00738), asserts a single patent (7,333,806) that generally relates to the operation of two-way radios over a computer network. In January 2016, RFJ sued Tait Radio (3:16-cv-00261), and in February, it sued Icom (3:16-cv-00504), asserting the ‘806 patent in both Northern District of Texas cases. Two-way radio systems are the accused products.
