Networked Address Book Patent Asserted Against Plaxo and Thomson Reuters

Inventor-backed MMG IP Management LLC has filed its first litigation campaign, suing Comcast (Plaxo) (2:16-cv-00399) and Thomson Reuters (2:16-cv-00400) over a patent (8,321,459) generally related to keeping networked contact information current. The complaint accuses the defendants of infringement through provision of their networked address books, Plaxo PRO and Thomson Reuters ELITE.
