CEATS [NPE] filed suit against Ticket Software over a patent related to a method for seat reservations. CEATS filed two prior suits against airline companies in 2010. 6/24, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00332. The patents assigned to CEATS are currently the subject of an ownership dispute related to claims made by one of the named inventors, Richard Halavais.
