Grandstream, Telefield, and Yealink Are Latest Targets in 2-Way Computing Campaign
2-Way Computing, Inc. has continued to expand its audio communications campaign with three new complaints, filed against Grandstream Networks (2:16-cv-01110), Telefield (2:16-cv-01111), and Yealink Network Technology (2:16-cv-01112). These newest cases follow two lawsuits filed last month against Genband (2:16-cv-00946) and Vonage (2:16-cv-00947) in what remains the NPE’s sole litigation campaign to date. As in its previous complaints, Nevada-based 2-Way asserts a single patent (5,434,797) generally related to an audio communication system for a computer network not using traditional telephone lines. The accused products in each new complaint are enterprise IP phones.
