National Association of REALTORS Seeks to Invalidate Database Patent by IPR and in District Court

  • June 8, 2016

NAR bases jurisdiction on cases filed against real estate brokerages Prudential (1:12-cv-04878), RE/MAX (1:12-cv-04877), and Weichert (1:12-cv-04149), as well as on alleged threats made against additional brokers, including at least one broker in Washington state.
