Adobe filed an action for declaratory judgment against Kelora Systems over a search-related patent.  In April 2011 Kelora filed suit against 20 defendants including Amazon, Dell, HP, and Adobe licensee OfficeMax.  Since November 2010, Kelora has been the subject of several other actions for declaratory judgment initiated by plaintiffs including eBay and Microsoft.  Adobe says a number of its Ominuture e-commerce customers have received notice letters from Kelora. 8/10, Northern District of California, 3:2011cv03938.
