Teleconnect Solutions [NPE] filed suit against Cisco Systems over a patent related to call forwarding to multiple contact numbers.  Cisco’s Mobile Connect unified commmunications software is the accused product identified in the complaint. This is the first suit filed by Teleconnect Solutions, a subsidiary of Acacia.  Acacia Technologies is identified as the corporate parent in a separate disclosure filed with the court.  The patent-in-suit was filed in 1996 and issued in 1998 to Pilgrim Telephone.  Teleconnect is the exclusive licensee of the patent. 6/20, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00321.
