June 20, 2011-  Broadcom filed an objection regarding the dismissal of Freescale from the ITC investigation without disclosure of the license terms granted by Rambus.  Broadcom’s objection requests that Rambus and Freescale be required “to provide all parties with fully unredacted versions of all agreements between Rambus and Freescale.”
