June 17, 2011-  Eolas Technologies announced a license agreement with Texas Instruments (TI).  TI will be dismissed as a defendant in the case.  Adobe, Amazon, Apple, Citigroup, eBay, Google, and Yahoo are among the remaining defendants.  Oracle settled with Eolas on June 6.  The financial terms of these recent settlements are unknown.  The two Eolas patents relate to embedded applications on web sites.
