Source Search Technologies [NPE] filed suit against Kayak.com over a patent related to filtering for price quotes and comparisons. SST obtained the patent in September 2004 and has asserted it against e-commerce sites in two previous suits. 6/13, District of New Jersey, 2:2011cv03388.
