ESET, The New York Times and OpinionLab File for Declaratory Judgment against Lodsys

ESET, The New York Times, and OpinionLab each filed a declaratory judgment suit against Lodsys [NPE] over four patents related to FAQ sections of company sites and in-application product feedback. Lodsys filed three suits earlier this year under the same patents.
