Calibrait [NPE] filed suit against Apple over a patent related to a system using accelerometers for electronic alignment. This case was transferred from the Central District of California. The patent-in-suit was assigned to Calibrait by inventor John Cerwin and Cerwin Tools in May 2011. 8/5, Southern District of California, 3:2011cv01759.
