June 13, 2011- Cypress Semiconductor filed a request on June 10, 2011 for an ITC investigation of SRAM related products offered by Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, GSI (and GSI distributors Arrow and NuHorizons) and Motorola. In March 2011, Cypress filed suit in the District Court of Minnesota against GSI, Arrow, and NuHorizons alleging infringement of five patents. ITC docket No. 2816.  Bloomberg reports that the Cypress ITC complaint seeks to block import of routers and switches.
