Meraloc LLC has added a new tranche of defendants to its sole litigation campaign, filing complaints against At Home Stores (2:16-cv-00902), Central Purchasing (Harbor Freight Tools) (2:16-cv-00903), Lowe’s (2:16-cv-00904), Nordstrom (2:16-cv-00905), and Safeway (d/b/a Tom Thumb) (2:16-cv-00907). The NPE asserts a single patent (7,451,262) generally related to a removable memory storage device having a display against the defendants, accusing them of infringement through the use of the MX915 payment terminal provided by Verifone. Only one case from Meraloc’s earlier cases remains active.
