June 10, 2011- WiLAN announced it has entered an agreement with Poynt, to assist the company in licensing its patent portfolio through WiLAN subsidiary, Gladios IP. According to the USPTO, Poynt currently holds one issued US patent and two pending published applications related to location-based services.
