Rovi filed suit against Sharp over three patents related to electronic program guides and parental controls for media-on-demand. Rovi also filed a complaint against Sharp with the International Trade Commission in July 2011 over the same patents. 8/15, Eastern District of Virginia, 3:2011cv00533.
