Brandywine Communications Sues Modem Companies and Two More Carriers

Brandywine Communications [NCE] filed suit against Audiovox, Futurewei, Huawei, Kyocera, Novatel, Pantech, Sprint, and T-Mobile over a patent related to a PCMCIA wireless modem.  The patent originated with AT&T and was assigned to Brandywine by Rembrandt Communications in August 2010.  Brandywine filed suit against  AT&T, CenturyLink, EarthLink, and Verizon  last week. 8/16, Middle District of Florida, 6:2011cv01367.
