HTC filed suit against Apple over three patents related to wireless device communication. This is the first time the patents-in-suit have been involved in litigation. The accused products include the Apple PCs, wireless printers, iPhone, iPad, iPod, AirPort, and AppleTV. The patents were assigned to HTC by ADC Technologies in April 2011. 8/15, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00715.
