Select Retrieval [NPE] filed suit against Aqua Superstore, Belk Ecommerce, Benchmark Brands, Chico’s FAS, Home Depot, ivgStores, Lowe’s Companies, Lumber Liquidators, Market America, RoomsToGo.com, Thompson and Company of Tampa, V. F. Corporation, Vitacost.com, and Winchester Carpet and Rug over two patents related to graphical representation of hierarchical database records. Select Retrieval filed two prior suits in June 2011 against over 25 defendants including Radio Shack and Walgreen.  The patents-in-suit were controlled by Lowry Software, Cornus Corporation, Stratia Concepts and Unifi Scientific Advances before being assigned to Select Retrieval in February 2011.  8/15, Middle District of Florida, 6:2011cv01348.
