Mosaid [NPE] filed suit against Adobe, Alcatel-Lucent, IBM, Netapp, Juniper Networks, Red Hat, and VMware over two patents related to network infrastructure cache. The patents-in-suit were assigned to Mosaid in April 2011 by Twister Investments. Mosaid has filed more than a dozen previous suits since 2005. 8/9, District of Delaware, 1:2011cv00698.
