RightNow Technologies filed and action for declaratory judgment against Lodsys [NPE] over four patents related to in-application feedback.  According to the complaint, Lodsys sent a letter to RNT customer Bass Pro alleging infringement of the patents-in-suit.  Since February 2011, Lodsys has filed suit four times and been subject to six prior actions for declaratory judgment.  8/4, Eastern District of Wisconsin, 2:2011cv00737.
