Wordtech Systems [NPE] and Quintal Research Group [NPE] filed suit against Leapfrog Enterprises over a patent related to a computerized information retrieval system for educational toys.  Wordtech has filed eight prior suits against over 15 defendants since 2003.  Richard Esty Peterson is both the attorney for Quintal and the named inventor on the patent-in-suit.  8/1, Northern District of California, 3:2011cv03771.
