July 26, 2011-  Bloomberg reports that HTC‘s CFO said in an interview that the company is ready to negotiate with Apple in the ongoing battle between the two companies over smartphone-related patents.  Both companies recently obtained favorable rulings in the ITC over patents they’ve asserted against each other.  According to the Bloomberg report, HTC’s CFO Winston Yung reportedly said in an interview, “We have to sit down and figure it out. We’re open to having discussions.”
