Indian Software Company Puts E-Commerce Companies on Notice of Allowed Patent

July 18, 2011- Kootol, an Indian software company, announced that it had sent notice letters to companies including: Amazon, AOL, Apple, Facebook, Ford, Foursquare, Google, IBM, LinkedIn, Microsoft, RIM, Salesforce, Siemens, Twitter, and Yahoo. Kootol received a Notice of Allowance in May 2011 for its application related to messaging in a social network.
