Advanced Cluster Systems, LLC (ACS), an entity formed in California in November 2004, has sued NVIDIA (1:19-cv-02032) over the provision of products (e.g., DGX-2, HGX-1, HGX-2, DGX Station, and Tesla V100 GPU accelerator products) that incorporate the NVLink interconnect architecture. The plaintiff targets the “GPU-to-GPU interconnect” feature implemented within that architecture with four patents broadly pertaining to a computer cluster.
