The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) [NPE] filed suit against Cisco over one patent related to wireless LAN. CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency, has filed seven patent lawsuits since 2006. 7/4, Eastern District of Texas, 6:2011cv00343.
