Eric Godtland Management, Inc. (d/b/a EGM) (EGM) has filed suit over a single patent generally related to automated labeling of media files received on a stream, accusing Tivo (1:19-cv-10525) of infringement through the provision of its TiVo Digital Video Recorder (DVR) system. At issue are the “Suggestion” and “Wish List” features, which group and categorize media recordings.
