Innovatio IP Ventures filed suit against B&B Corporate Holdings over 16 patents related to wireless network systems. Innovatio IP has asserted the patents in three other suits against a total of 12 defendants.  RPX clients Cisco and Motorola filed a related complaint for declaratory judgment last month.  The patents were acquired from Broadcom in late February. 6/15, Middle District of Florida, 8:2011cv01325.
